I started representing the voiceless as a Social Justice cause before I could even write - hence nicknamed the PRQueenJen..

 

Hi! I am Jennifer. My core experience is New Business Development for Start-ups (social activism focus on sustainable, ethical and fairtrade) and established brands. With an advanced Copy Editting & Content Writing, PR solutions repetoire. My specialism is in book launches, destination and place-making, retail, with a concentration on CPG and Real Estate. I've practised PR in Africa, America & UK. Below here are a few highlights:

 

  • 2017/18 -  Public Relations & Advertising BA Hons Candidate 

  • 2015 - Current: PR & Comms Consultant: Managing multiple portifolios: i.e. PR Events, client Social Media platforms, providing start-up incubation and media planning and PR training 

  • Stakeholder Communications & Community engagement at private and community level relations.

  • 2007, While silmutabeously running a bridal boutique and a Wedding Planning business; I established the first ever multicultural magazine as Editor-In-Chief.

  • 2005 - 2015: Worked in Property management with focus on stakeholder enagement. This included managing high profile commercial & luxury residential Real Estate in San Francisco (USA) and Richmond (London)

  • 2006 - 2010: SME & Artisan lead Business Development Director at Je t'aime. Managed Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned (PESO) PR & Native Advertising client accounts / channels                                                                  Professional Affiliations are:

Most importantly; I am a Wife and Mom first; who is passionate about Social Justice and is an aspiring Philanthropist with a volunteering resume from Flying Doctor Services, American Cancer Society, Oxfam, Shaw Trust, Thames Hospice and the founding patron of The HML Foundation.
